The Sound Of The Heart Yoga: is a magical class when yoga meets poetry and music. 

Imagine Friday evening where all the works of the day have been finalized and you finally get "me-time" to wind down, leave the hustle of the week behind and enjoy me-time. "The Sound of The Heart Yoga" class is 90 min long gentle, yin and restorative yoga class where we will move along with our breath and our practice will be accompanied by beautiful music and poetry.  

Both - yoga and poetry are powerful tools for relaxation, introspection and inspiration. By combining the two practices, you can create a unique experience that engages both the mind and the body. Yoga practice, music and poetry will create a meditative atmosphere to inspire reflection and introspection; you can enjoy a truly transformative experience. We will start the class with grounding breathing, moving through asanas in the main part of the class and finalizing the class in relaxation. 

During yoga practice we get a better connection to ourselves and we start feeling ourselves better; heart is open and is ready to hear and receive a so needed message that poetry can provide. Come, join us and enjoy the magic of this beautiful union: yoga, poetry and music.

The class is the perfect opportunity to let go of the stresses of the week, to ground yourself, and to prepare for the weekend ahead. You'll leave feeling more relaxed, centered, and inspired.

What to bring with you:

we have mats and blocks in the studio, but please, bring a blanket with you and a hot thermos with your favorite tea or warm drink for some socializing moments after the class.
