100 minute long vinyasa and yin yoga class, a combination of dynamic and restorative yoga.
Time & Location
30 Apr, 10:00 – 11:45
DCH Studija, Zemitāna iela 2B, Latgales priekšpilsēta, Rīga, LV-1012, Latvia
Welcome to a 100-minute yoga class that will take you on a journey of love in motion, the time where you get connected to you and enjoy being you.
We will start with a breathwork session to calm your mind and connect you with your breath. As you inhale, you will invite love and positivity into your body, and as you exhale, you will release any tension or negativity.
The class will then move into dynamic vinyasa yoga, where you will flow through a series of postures that will challenge you both physically and mentally. You will move with your breath, allowing it to guide you through each movement, as you build strength, flexibility, and balance.
After the dynamic vinyasa, we will transition into restorative yin yoga, where you will slow down and sink deeper into your practice. The yin postures will help you release any remaining tension in your body and allow you to find stillness in your mind.
Throughout the class, you will be offered inspirational words and reminders to help you stay present and connected with your practice. You will have the opportunity to leave the world behind the walls of the studio and simply be in the moment, focusing on yourself and your own journey.
As we come to the end of the class, we will take a few minutes to relax and get grounded. You will leave feeling energized, rejuvenated, and connected to yourself and the world around you.
